  • 1 cup soft pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt optional

  • Blend all ingredients in the food processor.
  • Roll into balls. Should make 12-15.
  • Chill before serving.
