Frank's hot chicken wings
These hot wings are super simple and delicious. marinate and make them extra crispy in the air fryer.

1 large mixing bowl
1 small mixing bowl
- 1 package chicken wings or legs
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ⅓ cup frank's hot sauce sub for any sauce you prefer
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- celery sticks for serving
- blue cheese dressing for serving
marinate chicken wings in dill pickle juice and salt for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
remove from marinade, blot, and season with pepper
preheat air fryer to 400°F, cook chicken wings for 20 minutes flipping halfway
in a small mixing bowl, stir together butter, hot sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder. save a small amount for serving.
after 20 minutes, coat wings with hot sauce mixture and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
remove and coat again in the hot sauce mixture before plating. serve with celery and blue cheese dip.
