  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp jam/jelly
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

  • Pour water over quick oats in a bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes
  • Add peanut butter and jam, let it melt, mix it into oatmeal
  • Add toppings: pepitas and coconut flakes
  • enjoy!
