  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ cup pine nuts toast if desired
  • ½ cup grated romano/mozza vegan shreds
  • 6 cloves garlic, roasted 400°F for 35-40 mins
  • 1 tsp sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • pulse all ingredients in the food processor to make a paste and then add olive oil last. Blend to desired consistency.
