White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325; line or grease baking sheet
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt
In a seperate bowl cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar
Next beat in vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light and creamy
Mix in sifted ingredients until blended
Stir in chocolate chips and dried cranberries by hand with a wooden spoon
Drop onto the baking sheet and bake for 13-17 minutes
* For regular chocolate chip cookies add 2 cups of desired chocolate chips to the dough.
* I cook mine for 15 mins and they come out soft and chewy.
* If your oven runs hot I would suggest checking them at 13 mins.
*Cook for 17 mins if you like them a little bit "crispier" or more well done.
