Season chicken with fresh ground pepper, spray air fryer basket with oil, cook chicken thighs at 400°F for 20 minutes.
cook rice according to package
in a saute pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of butter and onions, saute 2-3 minutes
add garlic and ginger, continue to saute until fragrant about 1 more minute
add garam masala, smoked paprika, curry powder, cumin, salt & mix until just combined
stir in tomato sauce and paste, add cooked chicken thighs, stir in cream, butter, and simmer for 20 minutes
serve over rice with naan. garnish with cilantro.
