Asparagus are already so expensive, why would you want to ruin them with a mediocre recipe? Trust me on this one, it’s a winner!

Oven Roasted Asparagus

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • place asparagus on parchment paper on a baking sheet
  • preheat oven to 400°F
  • cover asparagus in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • toss until coated
  • sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
  • bake for 8-12 minutes
  • enjoy!
